    • EU Zone 1 Tracked: 6 - 21 Days

    • DPD Courier: 3 - 7 Days

    USA

    • USPS Tracked: 3 - 5 Days

    • DPD Courier: 5 - 7 Days

    Canada

    • Tracked: 6 - 21 Days

    • DPD Courier: 5 - 7 Days

    Rest of the World

    • Royal Mail Tracked: 6 - 21 Days

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the day range specified for the service selected please get in touch by emailing us at hello@haylien.com

  • Each tee is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with your tee we unfortunately don’t accept returns or exchanges.

    Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email hello@haylien.com with a description and photo of the fault, and if the fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

    If products are returned to haylien due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and to arrange redelivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again. 

  • Sorry we’ve not quite got to rolling out all team tees yet - drop us a note by emailing hello@haylien.com and we’ll do our best to fast track your request, or at least give you an idea when that teams tee will be released.

  • All our tees offers a slightly more relaxed fit compared the standard t’shirt. Sizing guides for both Adults and Kids tees can be found on our Size & Care page.

  • Follow these washing instructions to ensure your product looks and feels great for years to come.
